Billy Kincaid. In one of the first issues of Spawn way back in the early 90s there was a child molester/killer named Billy Kincaid. Spawn killed him saying; "He sold Ice cream and made them scream, so I made him scream and scream and scream and scream..."
There is nothing more disgusting than a child molester. Pathetic.

I concur with my Puerto Rican friend. Luckily, this guy is in Wisconsin, so I'm hopeful, there might actually be a conviction! Hopefully his lawyer won't be smart enough to get a change of venue to California. (If you are a lawyer or a law student, you are probably laughung at what I wrote. If you aren't well you are better off than I because you still have a sense of humor that hasn't been ruined!)
