I think it's safe to say that his fragile self image will be effectively shattered once he realizes that he's had a hand up his ass all his life.One has to ask...is it right to break the news? Kermit, as your doctor I prescribe a nig big shit. The should push this guy's arm out of your rectum. If it doesn't work, take a laxative. The should gross him out enough to voluntarily remove his arm.
