Namaste

Below is a compilation of 53 separate video clips that have been shown throughout The LOST Experience (it's only about four and a half minutes long). Their purpose? To make me crave the new season that much more...

October 4 can't get here fast enough! Thankfully, the season premiere is the night before I leave for vacation... (Then again, maybe I don't want to be flying overseas after watching a show about a plane crash...?)

Enjoy the video!

  • It's not so much about a plane crash as it is about Purgatory. ;)

  • I've been waiting to watch this until I'd seen every episode of Lost. I now have.

First of all, in the original movie that they watch upon entering the first hatch, they briefly show Alvar Hanso. In that clip, he has white hair and no beard. That makes me think, that either one of them wasn't Alvar Hanso (we may never know which) or that the original movie was supposed to be made years after this one. If that's the case, why havben't production values risen?

Second of all, that explains a hell of a lot about the so called virus that everyone is supposed to be worried about, but miraculously isn't. It also makes you wonder why, or even if, Danielle Rousseau killed the other members of her party. Remember, she supposedly killed them because they got sick. Did they exist, or are they "The Others"?

Third of all, the word Namaste has roots in Hinduism, and is supposedly just a salutation. What is it's signifigance? It's said at the end of every one of the Dharma (which has a lot of Budhist signifigance) films. What's the connection between Hinduism, Budhism, and what's going on on the Island?

Finally, why all the big hastle looking for the answer to life, the universe, and everything. Isn't it obvious that it's 42?

  • Regarding the Virus - remember, we didn't really know much about it until the season 2 finale (scenes with Desmond and Kelvin)... None of the survivors except Locke, Eko, and maybe Charlie know about it...
